Before: 40% of invoices missing, 25% VAT errors with penalty exposure, a 20-day monthly close, three accountants costing SAR 180K a year, and SAR 300K lost to wrong decisions. It was chaos with no system at all.
A team of four worked it: a CPA head of accounts with 15 years in manufacturing, a CMA financial analyst, a certified Odoo accountant, and a business developer.
We cleaned the data completely — entering six full months and reconciling 47 discrepancies — lifting data accuracy from 60% to 100%. We built an Odoo manufacturing model from scratch with a full Manufacturing module, BOM, and cost accounting. Invoicing, bank reconciliation, and VAT were automated, and ZATCA integration was made ready. Finally we trained the internal team — and training is 70% of the success.
